Default Adjusting Clutch Engagement

The clutch on my 93 Civic EX is a little high, meaning it engages about 2-3 inches from the floor. Is there any way to make it engage earlier?

Take a 12mm open end and unlock the locking nut that holds that rod that pushes the piston in on the clutch master cylinder. Once you have the nut loose spin the rod counter clockwise (that will be if you are working on it from under the dash, NOT if you are upsidedown with your head against the firewall.. Anyways just spin it out however much you want till you have the correct engagement point... Don't do it too much or you'll put preload on the clutch.. If you need anything else lemme know... Peace

So am I adjusting it from under my dash or in the engine bay?
