adjusting cam gears on a b18b???

Default adjusting cam gears on a b18b???

do i advance the intake cam or retard it? same for the exhaust cam, do i advance it or retard it? i still have stock cams in the motor. any suggestions?

You wont know either to advance or retard to gain power.If it was that simple then it would be posted all over the internet.You really need to hit the dyno and see what really works.

agreed you gotta hit a dyno and see what your loseing power on and tune em to see what gets you the most

ive heard people just going plus 2 minus 1 but that was all vtec people dont know about the b18a/b

plus 2 on the intake side and minus 1 on the exhaust side?
