Default Adjustable test pipe with 2 bolt flange on both sides?

I have a custom exhaust on my car with rmf replicas that im trying to get rid of in favor for some jdm ITR headers, but the jdm ITR headers are alot shorter. I figured I would just get an adjustable test pipe, but I noticed they all have 2 bolt flange on one side for the headers, and 3 bolt flange on the other side for the cat. When I had my exhaust made they put a 2 bolt flange on the magnaflow cat so it would bolt right up to the headers, so I need a 2 bolt flange on both sides. I could just weld a new flange on the test pipe but before I go doing that, wanted to know if any exist with a 2 bolt flange on both sides?

The three bolt flange on the otherside is for the cat back exhaust as a test pipe is made to replace the cat. So you just want something made so that your header bolts up to your current cat? If so why dont you just take it back to the shop that your exhaust/cat the first time and tell them you need the pipe that connects to the cat extended?

The problem with that is I have a couple different sets of headers I use, and there all different lenghts, which is why I want the adjustability. I also dont want to get rid of my cat.
