adjustable cam gear with mildly milled head?
i did a search on "milled heads" but alot of stuff came up for every car but mine.
i have a 94 ex accord and have recently got my head milled (only 15 thousandths) and have heard of ppl needing an adjustible cam gear. is this true? what esle is reccomended when one gets his head milled?

your cams will have a natural degree of cam advance each so dont even worry about it. If you remove .43mm which is .017" it advances a degree on B series motors. I know some of the H motors carry the same cam gear ratios, non-vtec wise... +1, +1 will give the motor slightly higher dynamic compression anyways...
I would opt for an S-AFC instead of the rail bro, are you running boost or nitrous or huge compression...? put your money elsewhere
IMO
