Default Adjustable cam gear alignment key?

Do all h22's have a removable key for the cam gears, or is it part of the cam shaft? Or, is it part of the cam gear? I have a Euro R h22 and I'm in the middle of putting on some skunk2 adjustables and they have a slot for the key, but so do the cam shafts. The key is part of the stock cam gears, not removable.
Can somebody help?

bump-
woodruff key... Does anybody know if h22'a use a removable wooruff key for the cam gears? I've done web searches and haven't found an answer. Can I expect to be able to buy some from the dealership? Or do I need to find generic ones and make 'em fit? Somebody's got to know. Please help.

they are removeable from the cams. if you choose you can go to honda and get a new one or at any autoparts store, woodruff keys are universal.
