I have a GSR leather front seat. The position of the seat at the first locking position is very far back. How can I adjust the seat to make it normal?

In other words, when I recline the seat all the way forward, and push the seat the backwards until it locks. The position of the seat is too far back to sit comfortably, it feels like your sleeping.
