Sup Fellas.. I am so stumped .. I tried everthing i can and this bitch does not want to start..

I recently swapped a 94 accord motor in my 97 accord... I am seem to not be getting any pulse for the injectors to throw fuel in the motor.. I have tried a numerous thing and just cant seem to get it going.I have fuel pressure, i have spark.. I have 12 volts going to injectors.. I spray starting fluid and she starts upp and runs.. Im just stumped..if anybody can help please lmk

List of things i done:
Swapped oil pump housing to get a ckp sensor on there .
Tried different ecu
tried different ckp sensor
tried different dizzy
tried different wiring harness.
Tried different resistor box
tried different coil..
Diffrent main relay
