Accord with no 5th gear
Here's what happens on 1989 and older Accords with five speeds when they run low on oil. This is a fairly common problem because they are separated from the rest of the gears by the tranmission housing. Once the oil gets too low there is very little oil getting splashed on them, and they don't last very long. I was really surprised to see this on this particular car because the owner is usually very meticulous about getting his car serviced. (It still has the original engine and transmission at almost 480,000 miles.)

Yea, I was going to put the new gears next to the old for the 2nd pic, but my service manager was rushing me to get the thing done.

Even if that know about it - yeah that's flate rate time.
Well just the Toyota R22 engines it pays 13hrs - Toyota say that head and oil pan needs to be remove when replacing timing chains. But I tell you what theres no need. It take me 2hrs to do it and get paid 13hrs for it - dam! I love flat rate pay scales.
