Default Accord Calipers

I am looking for an upgrade on my ls's brakes. I was thinking of getting typer r calipers. My question is if the type r's calipers are the same as the accord wagons, then is the whole suspension the same? could I use the same hubs for typer rotors and do a swap like that all the way around?

What year is your car?
I guess you mean an ITR? I've never heard of ITR brakes going on an Accord. I doubt the Accord wagon calipers are ITR calipers.
I've heard Acura CL/TL calipers might work (after all at least early CLs were based on the Accord chassis).
I have no clue about the hubs, but I'd sure love to change mine 'cause I hate my 4G (and 5G) front hub-over-rotor design.
