what kind of guage are you using when you are checking your freon levels? i hope its not the 19.99 gauge at autozone, you need a good set of pressure gauges

Yes, it is from autozone, showed empty, filled it up some, now it is in the middle of full. It seems to do it on hotter days, yesterday it worked fine all day, not that hot, but today, almost 100* not working?? should I let some out?
thanks

I"m not an A/C gurus, but I've seen my coworker having the same problem. Come to find out it cause by the automatic sensing switch, which turn the A/C compressor on and off automatically. Not too sure if your car have something similar though

sounds like my problem. The compressor would go on than few secs later go off again. My problem was that i used the wrong a/c oil in the compressor or too much oil. I had to evacate half of the freon already in the lines and put in new freon without the oil. It work good for a year now.

Did you use those freon with the oil mixed in the cans? I think honda use ND 8 oil (thats what is printed on the label on the a/c compressor). My car is a 95 integra
