abs light on after shock install
alright, i just put on some new shocks yesterday, didn't drive it till this morning and i noticed the ABS light is now on. what's the cause of this? should i take the negative wire off the battery and plug it back on to reset or what?
Read the error codes for your ABS. Check out the sticky post (top of Integra forum) about "ECU & ABS codes". Maybe you pulled the wire apart for a wheel sensor?

ok i did the abs light flash test yesterday and got a 4-4 flash meaning its the wheel sensor on the Right Rear. so i took my rim off and checked all the lines, nothings wrong??? what could the be? everything's bolted correctly.. hrmmm... any suggestions?
Is it a 3rd-gen Integra like your picture?
I thought you gotta take off the brake rotor before you can even see the sensor. Then follow the wire. You said 'lines' so were you only looking at the hydraulic hose? The sensor is magnetic, so you can check if it's got a pile of metal shavings stuck to it??
Follow the wire to where it goes thru a hole into the body. Then root around under the carpeting in the trunk where it comes thru. Somewhere there's an orange plug. Loose? Broken? Keep following the wire to the ABS controller, it's nearby...

You will get code 4-4 if you have a bad wheel speed sensor. This can be caused from an internal failure in the w.s.s. itself, and/or it may be that there is gunk in the toothed ring. I'd check and clean the toothed ring as well as check all connections of the w.s.s. If everything checks out, replace the w.s.s.

Usually if the wheel speed sensor is bad it will show up with a resistance check.
