Default ABS light (ABS not functioning)

Hey guys,
My ABS light came on recently and it stays ...I have reset the fuse from the ABS relay, main fuse box and also the one from under the dash. But the light still came on, any suggestion ? do you guys think I should flush my brake fluids? they're full BTW when the lights came on. And I noticed the ABS aren't functioning either. Any tips...I would really appreciate it...thanks everyone

Does the light come on when initially starting the car or does it come on when the car is moving??

The light came on, as soon as I started my engine. Thanks!

I'd suggest trying to use the ABS service connector to find out what is wrong. You do have a service manual right?

This pretty much rules out the theory of a faulty sensor, Check the brake fluid level in the ABS modulator, make sure the pump starts to run when the car is started intially, Check the fuses and relays in the ABS fuse block underneath the hood.. Check all the bright orange connectors and make sure they are making good contacts and not broken in any way..
