Default 99 civic si radiator, problem

Have to replace radiator but can't find one for si only for other model civics, the inlet and outlet are bigger for the si. Only dealership has it but can't get it until after thanksgiving, can't be without car for that long.Is there a way to make a bigger hose work with a smaller inlet so I can just use a regular civic radiator? Like some sort of adapter or sleeve?

how much bigger it is? you could use hose clamps or use the smaller hoses and make fit on the motor
