Default 97 Prelude Sh Clutch

Alright, I need a new clutch soon, and I don't want to make a mistake in buying one, so i want feedback from some people who really know their stuff about my car. I have a 1997 Honda Prelude SH. I need to know a few clutchs that are good for me, and also some good sites that I might be able to find them. I don't race much, however drive like a nut and need a very strong reliable clutch, that can take a beating. I am also highly considering getting a new flywheel as well, so feedback on that is also needed. I want something that isn't gonna cost a lot because i'm working with a 400-500 dollar budget on parts, only because I dont have a lot to spend, however as much feedback as possible will help me decide whats best for me and my bullshit budget. In replacing a clutch and flywheel, if there is anything else that is recommended to change because so much is going to be opened up, let me know too.
Thanks a lot

I reccomend Exedy because there seems to be the least amount of problems with them out of the other companies and I also reccomend their chromoly flywheel

and I don't know if the 97' SH came with ATTS but if it does have ATTS.......TAKE IT TO A SHOP!!! you will thank me....I promise

if you don't believe me, call up R&D Motorsports (843-760-4804) and ask the mechanic (Chad) how much it would cost to change your clutch in youyr ATTS equipped Lude'

chances are that he says that he will not do it or he will quote a large price...I helped him on one a while back and I will tell you this....I will not do it ever again

It does have the ATTS unit in it. Once in a while along the year, my ATTS light would come on and stay on for a few months, then I would get lucky and it would go away for a few months. The dealership told me its some bullshit in the transmission that they have to do, like something spinning. They said 800 so I bounced. When changing the clutch, if I can fix this problem, I would want to. ANyone have any ideas?
