97 civic si wont start

while im driving on my way home, my cluster & headlights was blinking like a candle and as soon as i got home my car shut off & then i was trying to restart my car & it won't start anymore!!!

Sounds like an electrical problem. I would start by verifying the battery's voltage output with a multimeter and go from there.
