Default 96 H22 ecu?

I just had a shop drop a h22a in my 96 prelude SI(nonvtec). They got the wrong ecu so they are running my H23 so I have no vtec. Can I convert my car to obd1 and use my h23 ecu? Or do I need to Buy a 93-95 US H22a1 obd1 ecu and get the conversion harness?

you will require a harness converter + OBDI H22A ecu.
