Default 96 Civic CX with GSR O2 Sensor problem

The O2 sensor is plugged into the header but I simply can't find a plug that comes from the harness that will match up. The car is a 96 CX with a p28 and a jumper harness. Right now i'm doing about 16 MPG and guessing that this is the culprit. How can I find the plug from the harness? The O2 sensor that is bolted up to the header is a 4 wire o2 sensor. Also, there is 1 cable that is a 2 wire (green and black) that is coming from the harness but it is cut. and another clip but it looks like a 3 pin. Any help would be greatly appreciated, my gas mileage is really suffering.

I've looked over an under the car and now next to the dizzy and still nothing. Any idea what color the cables are on the female?

Please I would greatly appreciate it, basically where the female o2 connects to the male primary sensor. I'm hoping they didn't cut the plug.
