Default 96 Accord with a stolen stereo

My 96 Accord had an aftermarket stereo that was stolen a few weeks ago. After it was stolen the turn signals did not work. I went snooping around yesterday and found that the hazard light switch was also missing which explains the turn signals, but in the process of trying to determine which wiring harness belonged to the hazard switch, I accidentally touched two wires causing a spark and the "small lights" fuse under the hood to blow. The two wires I touched were in a harness with only 4 wires in it. Now, nothing on the dash works, speedometer, tachometer, lights, nothing. I tried to fix the problem by replacing the small lights fuse, but it blows every time I turn the car on, even after I wrapped all copper ends with electrical tape. So I need to know what I effed up and how to fix it and also which harness belongs to the hazard switch so I can go find one and repair it. Thanx for any help you provide.

Hazard switch has 8 leads
Red and red/black is for illumination.
Green/red is output to signal light switch.
Yellow/white is power for signal lights, fuse 12 - 7.5A, [hot in run and start].
White/green is power for hazard lights, fuse 35 - 15A, [hot at all times].
Green/white is output to "flasher" for both signals and hazard lights.
Green/yellow, green/blue are outputs for hazard lights.

What colors are the 4 leads? 94
