96-98 vs 99-00 Y8 Differences??
I was looking on Jackson Racing's website, and I notice they have two different part numbers for superchargers for D16Y8s .. one for the 96-98 models, and a different one for 99-00 models. Now that I think about it, I've seen a few other comments here or there about differences in late vs early model Y8s.
My question is .. what are those differences? I'm going to be building a Y8 head soon .. is there any reason I should be trying to find a 99-00 one instead of a 96-98? What's the dif?

The air injection only affects the intake manifold, right? The head itself is still the same?
I thought I read somewhere that someone said the 99-00s have slightly stiffer springs and stronger valves. Any truth to that?
I'm about to go out and buy a 97 head .. getting a really good deal on it. I just want to make sure there's no reason a 99 would be better. Why would Jackson Racing have two different part #s?
