95 LS Torque Specs

What afre the specs for the rods bolts, head bolts, and the cam caps? Thanks

Oil on bolts and washers, the head is torqued to 22 lb.ft first then again to 61 lb.ft. Cam caps are 7.2lb.ft. Rod bolts are 14 lb.ft 1st, then 23 lb.ft. Dont forget to oil the bolts.
