Default 94' Integra problems after TB replacement

Had the TB replaced and everything was fine fro the first two days. Yesterday I noticed the tach jumping at WOT and above 5k. No loss in power so I stayed on the road and after about 20 miles I got to a stop sign exiting the freeway and she died. Started right back up but... now she was driving with a huge loss of power. In my Audi this would be known as "limp mode". Heres a few things I had to do to get her home.

Had to drive home in 1 (its an automatic). During the drive I can kick it into N and rev to the heavens w/ no load on motor. Put the car in D, 2, or 1 and it doesnt seem to matter. The car just has no power. It wasnt even misfiring. Stalled again but started right back up. It basically feels like in an MT starting from a dead stop in 2nd or 3rd gear and waiting to get up to speed.

Get home and I look at ATF and the level is good but the fluid is clear, WTF? I thought Honda ATF is RED? I also removed the Dizzy and checked all connections. One of two screws was stripped on the ICM. This screw is one of two that hold the ICM to the dizzy. I had an OEM Coil so I removed the cheap Kragen one and went to the OEM. I could not find my OEM ICM

I also flushed the ATF. I drained then drained again with motor running and ran a fresh qt. of ATF thru. The ATF was freaking BLACK as hell but when I checked the dipstick prior it was clear WTF?

Anyway... shes running ok right now but the tach is still jumping around at WOT! To get a good test on the tranny issue I need to drive a good distance and get on it a few times.

Anyone ever see this before???
