93 honda civic starting problem
ok here my my problem, i know it sounds bad a tek asking for help but honda is not my specialty. i greatly appreciate all the help anyone can give me
when i try to start the car at times it will not crank, all that will happen is the cluster lights will illuminate and sometime snot even that happens and other times the starter will click abouts 1-2 times and then nothing. now after about 10 attempts i started to wiggle the key in the ignition and it started, i know for sure the battery is good. ive heard that the fuel pump relay can go bad but it doesnt seem like that type of issue to me. maybe an igniter going bad? any help is greatly appreciated.

im sure its not anything to do with the battery ground the battery was replaced about 1 month ago and this problem just occured yesterday oh i also forgot to add that i noticed this car must have been stolen awhile back because the steering lock is completely broken. i noticed that when i jiggle the key while in the ignition seems to help the problem now i looked at the wires i didnt notice any broken or exposed wires any thing else u can think of that may have cause this like something with steering lock or ignition??
