I have a 93 civic coupe and it's been having a issue I can't seem to find a answer to. If I stall the car out while driving It wont turn back on for a few minutes. It doesn't make a sound when I'm trying to turn it back on.. all it does is turn off the radio but the dash light remain on, no cranking or clicks or anything. I first noticed it when I first got the car and let my cousin drive it and he stalled we couldn't turn it back on until we let it sit a bit but when it does turn back on it starts right up no issue. I had my mechanic check it and he believes it might be the ignition switch? Any other ideas
