The Back-up Light Switch in an automatic is in the A/T Gear Position Switch, in manual transmissions the switch is in the transmission.
You will need to run a lead from the A/T Gear Position Switch plug, [you probably have a jumper in it for the starter] from yellow or yellow/red to the reverse light switch in transmission and then one from the switch back to the A/T Gear position Switch plug, green/black. 94

What part?
Pretty simple, the rev, light switch is in the A/T Gear Position switch on an automatic, you no longer have the A/T Gear Position Switch, so no rev. lights.
The rev. light switch on a 5 speed is mounted into the transmission, you will need to wire it to the rev. lights, the simplest way to do that is to wire the switch to the plug the A/T Gear position Switch was plugged into, [center console under radio] this assumes you still have the stock automatic dash harness with A/T Gear Position Switch plug in it, that you would have installed a jumper to connect the two black/white leads of the starter circuit together so car will start. 94

Then you will need to wire the rev, switch in the transmission directly to the back-up lights.
The rev. light switch is located on the front lower pass. side if transmission, there should be a plug with yellow or yellow/red and green/black leads in it, [if you have the standard transmission engine harness.
If not, you will need to run a lead from ign. power, [hot when ign. switch is in run position] to the rev. light switch and then a lead from the rev. light switch to the back-up lights. 94
