Default 93 auto EG conversion to 2000 d16y7 5spd

The motor and tranny are shot in her car, and i can get a 2000 d17y7 motor, tranny, and ecu for a sick price. Should i bother doing this swap (Auto to 5Spd)?
1- Will i need any special mounts?

2- Do i have to mount any of the mount locations? (I know if i do a b-series swap i have to cut and weld the tranny bracket on the frame rail, but what about for d series?)

3-What about stuff like distributor, injectors, etc... can i use the stuff off the 2000 motor, or do i have to re-use the stock stuff.

4- what do i do for drive shafts?

5- Shift linkage, pedal assembly?

6- wiring for reverse lights?

7- what about the key getting stuck in the ignition problem?

Thanks for any help... this D-series crap still makes no sense to me.
