Default 93.5 octane?

What the hell is this? There is an exxon station near me that is selling this for their supreme. This station normally has cheaper prices than others in the area and its still the same here($1.77/gal) Has anybody else seen this or know what is going on?

Which exxon is that(what is it by)? I've never noticed that. I have to get by there and check it out.

Jesus christ! thats just plain ridiculous and price gouging. I try not to complain though since my family in scotland is paying like $5.00/liter

For the people in MD:
Its the exxon on Veteran's Hwy right off of I-97. They only have one pump with the 93.5 and its the one just as you go in the first entrance on the southbound lane. You'll notice the extra large button and red stripe.

Thanks, I'll check it out tonight on the way home. I had never seen xx.5 octane anywhere before. I wonder why they didn't bump it up another .5 to 94 and go head to head whith Sunoco.

I dunno man. It was wierd as hell to me to the first time I saw it. I was going to ask the guy inside if he knew anything about it but I was in a hurry and had a 3.5hr drive ahead of me.
