Default 92 hatch

While I was driving up my front porch to park the car, the black rubber that goes behind the front bumper fell off and cracked..all screws fell off and broke. I scrap it and fell out. As I was driving it weakens my car now. I feel the difference in performance. I believe it has to do with air flow coming in? Is there any place I can order them to put it back on? My gas drop significantly. Where can I buy pushpins?

Front air spoiler for the air dam. I need a new one with pushpins. Brackets and clips maybe. Any suggestions?

You can buy the pushpins at Lowe's or Home Depot.
