Default 92 GSR tranmission

I just recently got my tranmission rebuilt by a local shop. When I was finnish installing it into my car I notice a problem. When I step on the clutch, the clutch stay's down. I tried tighting up the clutch cable but I doesnt seem to work. I ask couple of my friend they said something about he throw out bearing. I cant call the shop cause the shop closet on the weekend. so whats the problem?

Throw out bearing or pressure plate most likely. Check to see if there is anything wrong w/ clutch pedal return spring under the dash but it's most likely t-out bearing or p.p.
