How do you remove an alternator on a 1991 honda civic DX?

wow man, pretty basic, not to be a dick or anything. I havent looked at mine but usually its no more than 2 or 3 bolts and sliding the belt off.

You have to take the left drive shaft out, then the alternator will drop out the bottom.

I pulled mine out from under the DPFI intake manifold when I had my DX

i took out the vss cable, disconnected the heater core hose, unbolted the fuel filter bracket, and removed the intake to get mine out the top on the left side of the engine bay.. either way it is a bastard.. just make sure your alternator pulley is tightened down to all hell, so you dont have to do it twice like i did..
