91 CRX SI timing

Can anyone provide with the correct setting ?
Any suggestion on what kind of timing light to use?

Provide what? Everything you need to set the timing is there if you have a timing light! There are marks on the crank pully, and on a plastic cover around the crank pulley!

Sorry, I'm a rookie, my friend who is helping me with this said i need to know the "Degrees"
he mostly works on domestics
