CEL 9 CYP always had the problem
first motor i had was 92 LS poppin CEL 9 even though i bought a new Dizzy still CEL
second motor B16 still poppin CEL 9.... with the b16 runs good with a pr3 but everytime my vtec engages at 4400 bogs out hard then continues on can any bodie tell me i think its my wiring harness any help is appreciated thanks

 

This is something i would try just to check if it is the wiring . I would get a DVOM (volt meter) usually there is a setting on there for a continuity test and it beeps if the circuit is complete. I would test form the dizzy to the ecu see if there is a connection form the dizzy to the ecu.

to do this you would take the - or the black lead and place it in the wire from the dizzy and place the red led the ecu plug if it beeps you know the connection is there if not then thts your problem why your getting this code there is not a connection. then you would have to take a wire and make the connection
