'90 DA Idle Problem: HELP

Stock 90 DA, idle starts at 900 and jumps up and down to about 1600rpm. Plugs are good, wires next on the list. What to do?

CHECK your IACV, usually when it does that, thats the problem, try cleaning it out with carb cleaner or just trying a new one
