90 Civic Hatch Swap issues

Icon2 90 Civic Hatch Swap issues

We bought our son a 90 Civic with a B18A1 swap he drove it for 1 day and we found out the head was bad.(Not to mention how horrible they chopped at the wiring) We put it in the shop and waited 5 weeks for it to not be touched by the mechanic so we decided to bring it home and make time for the repairs our self. So we purchased a used motor from a company in NC we were instructed the B20 was the best choice to put back in our car and that all we needed to do was change intake and dip stick. Well it only had a 30 start warranty and we have been only able to work on it on weekends. So here's the problem the car will turn over now but will not start the 1 and 4 cylinders are not getting any fuel. (The car has new plugs new fuel rail, new injectors, new clutch kit.) We are unable to get our money back or a replacement. Any suggestions on how to get to crank we are missing something we just don't know what.
