you will get to about 1.95l of displacment compared to your stock 1.8~ so it will be a noticable diffrence

but as for how much, it all depends.

Do you see a difference between a 1.6 and 1.8??? More torque in the 1.8. That means theres more torque in the 2.0

Musing...

1800 to 2000 is a 11% increase in injested air roughly. If your motor has 170/128 for instance like a stock GSR, add 11% to the numbers and expect that as a possible amount of increased VE/power. Combined with that, some work to the cylinder head/raised compression from 10 to 11 with the right choice in pistons, adding fuel delivery/capacity for this increase with a basic I/H/E on stock cams, manifold and 65-70mm TB... I bet a GSR would see 190/130 at the wheels on 11:1 with an 8K redline. Displacement is the bomb if you can afford to change it.

case in point if you were going to do this NA, you could use less of a cam and make a very linear power curve which would be very quick with a stock GSR gearbox. if you wanted then to build this motor up, leaving an infrastructure of
larger injectors, hondata tuning, and good mechanical safeguards for high revs would be important. the right cam in a motor like this with more compression would be so much fun to drive. Upgrading the fasteners would be a good idea as well as the oil pump gear, block girdle, engine balancing and a larger radiator. I wonder whatever happened to Tony the Tiger's 260whp 13:1 NA build with ITBs? Ive been waiting to see how this turned out for over 6mo!

Interesting musings. This is exactly what I'm assembling, though I saw no reason to stop at 84mm. I went w/ 85mm and have the block all together, just awaiting new LSD bearings before final assembly. I'll let you know how it comes out if you're interested.
