68mm Skunk 2 throttle body problems

I'm having problems getting this skunk2 throttle body to Idle under 1200rpm.Its an h22 motor and 68mm throttle body.I've check for vacumn leaks and I didn't find anything.Any advice

What kind of intake is it stock or aftermarket?

it's the skunk2 manifold
