4 wire 02 sensor
What exactly are you trying to find out?? It's easier to find out what they are by seeing what color wire they connect to on the harness side. These are the colors given in a wiring diagram....3gdude
Working from memory, I think the two gray ones are for the heater, verify with ohmmeter ( 20-80 OHMS)....the white one is the sensor signal, and the black is the ground for the sensor signal. To be on the safe side, just hook black to ground, then monitor voltage on the white wire. Voltage should vary between .1 and .9 volts, after a 5 minute warm up (as the heater is not yet hooked up)....that help any??...3gdude

the two white wires have about 6.7 ohms resistance

Gray-> WHT-> D14 (O2 input)
Black -> GRN/WHT -> which is spliced with the IAT, but GRN/WHT is the sensor ground doing to D22. You can splice it with the GRN/WHT wire at the IAT though.
White -> YEL/BLK -> Sensor positive which goes to the power junction harness, but this goes to A25 or B1.
White -> ORG/BLK -> to A6 which is Heater Control.
