Default 3540 Prop Valve

I have a 95 DX with stock front discs and rear discs from a 90 Integra. Currently I have the stock 3030 prop valve and 13/16 MC. I plan on changing to a 15/16 MC and was wondering if I needed the 4040 prop valve or if I could use a 3540 prop valve. How much of a difference would it make between 4040 and 3540 ? Would the weight of an H22 affect what prop valve to use ??? Just wondering.

i dont think theres much of a difference between the 3540 and 4040 prop valves, as much as the difference of 3030.

but given the choice, i would use the 4040. heres why. the 3540 came stock on the 4dr civic EX with large front brakes and drums in the rear. the integra has large front brakes and calipers in the rear, and has a 4040. 3540 seems to give more front bias. seeing that you have calipers in the rear, but normal brakes up front, perhaps the 4040 would be more ideal to equalize the use of the rear caliper.

I'm using the 3040 PP from a 95 civic SI with a 15/16 MC on my EJ1 and it works wonderful. BTW Tyson is right the differences is minimal from the 3540 to 4040 PP valve. But the differences from 13/16 to 15/16 is a big differences. My EJ1 originally had a 7/8 MC but when I switched to the 15/16 it definitely brakes more smoother and more equally too.
