2004 Honda Accord Engine Codes

I am trying to reset my Engine Code on my 2004 Accord 4 cylinder without a code reader. How do I go about this without disconnecting my battery?

fix the issue, andonce the ecu doesnt see the problem anymore after so many drive cycles it will turn it off itself, or get a scanner. lots of mobile apps to,but you need a bluetooth to plug into ur dct
