Default 2002 Accord V6, I screwed something electronic!

Hi all, I'm a newbie here!

Just installed a remote engine starter / remote door locks in a 2002 Accord LX V6 (dads car). I think I fried something!

During the install (after probing wires) I noticed the door locks don't work. I completely removed the remote starter and the locks are still dead. I can hear a relay on the passengers side of the car clicking. All fuses are good. I think (don't have any manuals) the way the OEM system works is a relay switches the door lock wires so one is hot, the other ground. It reverses the connection if you hit lock or unlock. Well now it looks like both wires are getting a hot signal with no ground.

Ok, so I figure I toasted something related to the door locks but the remote starter is working. Then I check the dash and see that I'm getting a TCS, ABS, and check engine light. I disconnect the battery for a few min, reconnect and restart, check engine is off for a few seconds then comes back on. ABS and TCS are always on.

I have an AutoTap for GM, but not the Honda. Is there a way to short some pins on the diagnostic connector to get and clear codes?? I found some info, but I don't think it applied to the 2002 V6 (and I don't want to cook anything else).

Any places to get good buys on the factory manual?

Any ideas what I did or if the door locks and dash lights are related?

Thanks alot!!!
