Default 2 Wire door lock actuator to SPDT switch?

Hi I'm new here and I was wondering if i could install a power lock switch to my 98 Civic DX it currently has no alarm so this is temporary. I just dont like having to lock my car from the outside (my driver door used to lock from inside when i pulled out the handle and hit the lock but now it wont, only from outside. any reason why?)
I've searched and searched only to find scattered info from everywhere, I found a picture of how the relays should be wired but im still a bit confused. Is 87a linked to my middle pin on the switch? And im guessing purple 30 is the lock function, while blue is unlock?

Also would this work with the current switch im choosing? Its an On Off On 15A switch. And what would go in the middle pin of the switch?

Edit:
My uncle said the type of switch i have wont work because it doesnt come back to its neutral position on its own, says it will burn my locks if i leave it on? He recommends getting a switch that goes back to neutral from a car at the junkyard?
