Default 2 questions

I'm runnig a 2000 JDM ITR with a 99 JDM ITR ECU in a 94 rs with obd1 to odb2 harness.

I'm having a code 14 which is the iacv. I've seen in a previous post where someone said to swap 2 pins in the harness A12 to A14, but that was in a civic dx. Is the same true for the RS? Also my speedo isn't working, and i forgot what someone told me to do about some wire *blue i think* i need to do something with...

I've already got the vtec switch hard wired into the harness and that works fine.

any suggestions?

thnx,

Replace the IACV. Or take it out and clean it.

Just in case anyone is interested what i had to do.

For the RPM, the wire harness for the ls didn't have the rpm wire going into the distributer to the interior harness.
I had to make a wire and run it from the big blue wire on the distributor to the drivers side interior harness plug.

Also had to directly wire the knock sensor to D6 on the ecu for the knock sensor code to not come in. *still in testing*

The IACV hasn't come up since i first started it up, let's see if it comes back.

thnx,
