i've just got a 1990 honda Civic Wagon, it started when i drove it then when it rained everything went down hill. i've got a new battery, and fuel pump. when we try and start it. it trys but never starts up. when we put gas in the fuel injecter it start for a few sec then cut off. i need help!

 

Turn ign. switch to run, [not all the way to start] can you hear the fuel pump run for a few sec., if not...
With the ign. switch still on, use a meter or 12V test light and check for power at the injectors, [wire that is the same color on all 4 injector plugs]. 94
