i'm pretty sure this is for an 81.

i've had quite a few honda mopeds and from my experience the wiring is exaclty the same.

hey thanks a lot ..i can get this moped for 50 bucks but right now it isnt running its in grat condition but i think it needs a new condenser or someting mabye just a new battery when you kick the kick start it sound like its gonna do something but doesnt ...it might just be the battery because none of the electrical equiment is working now lights blinkers etc...do they still make parts for this ..any idea of what it could be??

you can get any part from honda.

clogged exhaust is pretty common torch the muffler and let everything drain out
Spark plugs go bad
bad gas.
i currently have an 82 express and i put really old gas in it and it doesn't wanna start but it does after a bunch of kicks.

there is a moped forum somewhere around.. haven't been on it since i was 15, i'm now 18

for the electronics to work.. i think it has to be running.
the muffler gets clogged with oil and you have to heat it up with a torch and drain out all the crap inside so it flows again.. common fix for a barely running moped or a really slow one.

for the gas.. there should be a separate oil tank.. if not then you have to premix. not sure what mix though. my moped has separate oil tank

for the gas ****. just put it on or reserve doesn't matter what position as long as it is on.
