The reason people are saying that is so you will be running more on the richer side rather than on the leaner side. Run too lean...bye bye pistons. Plus make sure you get it tuned else you will have a greater chance of detonation.

If done right, you'll know what setting for fuel pressure is good for you. Plus if you are using it for street tune with 91 or 93 octane, whichever you get in your area.

I believe the S200 has a nitrous program feature that automatically goes to a "nitrous program" whenever your on the bottle. Otherwise it will run the engine off the normal maps.
This is what ive read on the hondata site, correct me if im wrong.

Thats correct. The S200 does have a setting that will either activate from your power steering switch or your ac switch. I have mine setup on the P.S. side and works fine. When I am at open throttle and above a set rpm range it retards timing, adds more fuel and allows the spray. Works great and have ran it for 8 months with no problem. Hope this helps
P.S. I also am running 12:5.1 c.r. in a jdm b18c with a 60 wet shot
