0BD question

are the map and throttle sensors the same on obd I & II, idle control.. i cant figure out why this thing is missing

They function the same way, but many of the Pre-OBD map sensors have different mounting provisions than the OBD1/2. TPS are the same and mounting provisions are the same as well.
