00 b16a2 head / 00 B20z2 block HELP!!!!!

I put the B16 water pump on the b20 block. Now I cant get my B16 timing belt on. Am I using the right belt?

Help me!!!!!!!!!!

you must use a timing belt off of a gsr engine (it is longer that a b16 belt)...
b16 has a shorter deck height than a gsr or b18 or b20...

make sure you use a gsr one, a b20 one will not fit

Man i love the info I got.

But I used a B20 belt and water pump. Went to the track last night and ran a 9.8 ! 8th mile track

Much slower than it should be. 9.8 is like low-mid 15's.

yeah i run that on a bad day with my mostly stock b16 in a 2000 si. that is slow for a b20/vtec. i hope i dont run slower after i go with a b20 block. that would suck.
