0.4v to tps and map sensor?? help
Make sure you are testing the right wires. .4v is about what the output of either should be. Test the TPS with the engine not running and the key in the on position. Test the MAP sensor at idle.
Keep trying and you'll get it!
Seriously though, the TPS and MAP sensor reference voltages are indeed supposed to be 5v with the key at on and the motor off. If the battery is ok and you're testing the correct wires, I don't know why you'd get such a low voltage. Could be a loose connection somewhere.
