Default *Electrical Probs* Front Turn indicator.........

My car was involved in an accident, and just got repaired. The headlights work just fine. The front left turn indicator works fine. The front right one does not turn on. (This is a 00 SI)

However, when i actually use the indicator to signal, THAN it emits light. So it signals, but is not on when the headlights are one. Any ideas? A fuse? Filiment in bulb? any help would be appreciated.

I would try replacing the bulb first, because that is a dual filament bulb so maybe the parking light filament burnt out. If that doesn't work check the wires to it and make sure they are ok and going to the right place. If you're left one is working I don't think it would be a fuse.
