With all that I only Dynoed at :

126.5 HP, 97.6 Torque!!!!

After tuning I got:

need more details like which ecu, any check engine codes, fuel pressure, stock compression, cam gear settings can give ideas also ...

sometimes the best turbo tuners can't do as good on the all motor front, they are so used to boost that they forget the fundamentals.

Just b/c Jotech tuned it doesn't mean ****. I would check to see the a/f and see how that is doing, after that is checked, I really don't know.

Those numbers are REALLY weak.

Do a compression check and a leakdown too.

You may have other problems that you didn't know about.

I would DEFINATELY do a leakdoen test too. Sounds like one of the cylinders have lower compression. The compression should be pretty even across all 4 cylinders if you dont have blowby on them. Also do this: If you find one that is lower than the others take a tablespoon of oil and put it inside the cylinder (spark plug hole) and recheck your compression. Make sure you turn it a few times to get the oil in the rings. If your compression goes way up you have worn rings.
Try it man, i swear it works every time............

Yeah, do a compression and leak down check first. Compression you're wanting about a 160ish on all 4 cylinders. Leakdown, you want anything below a 4% on all cylinders.

Don't feel bad, I have 98 ITR (road race only) w/ AEM CAI and DC Header (Open after the header) and I'm pushing 148HP at the wheels. Stock it was 160HP... And yes, my engine must be rebuilt (Compression is all over the place (approx.) 125, 90, 115, 100) (Leakdown (approx.) 13%, 26%, 15%, 22%).

Good luck!!!

Make sure the fuel pressure is right on. My friend lost 20hp because the FPR was set to 28psi on stock injectors w/ Skunk2 ECU.
Bumped it to 44psi and it made a world of difference.

The torque seems about right. HP is kinda low. Remember that Skunk manifold isn't doing you any good on that 1.6 because the plenum/runners are way to big IMO, for a 1.6 liter motor.

I'd look at the injectors in the two cylinders with plug problems. U might try swapping injectors between a good hole and a bad hole. If the spark plug goes away in the good cyl, then u will know it is an injector problem. If 2 injectors are running fat, this WILL cause your low whp prob on the dyno. If JoTech gave a s... about you, they could have figured out your problem while u were there. Find a shop more into customer service.

I'd check the distributor. If that is bad, then the plugs would go fast. Could be just a simple problem like the distributor rotor is out. Cheap to fix, but its a bitch to diagnose. Took me a year to find cuz no one could figure it out.

Well I looked at my old intake today and it had alot of carbon build up in it. SO I think I might run an injector cleaner throught it and see what happens. But also I am going to check the MAP sensor and distributor, cap, and rotor.

OH YEAH and JoTech is also consirnded about my car so they are going to take it on Thursday or Friday and redyno it. I also bought some Bosch Platinums today and ran the injector cleaner today. I left the car at the Dealership so when I get back on Wednesday I am going to check the Distributor and stuff!!!

Thanks For the feedback Guys!!!!!!!

HAVE A FUN AND SAFE NEW YEARS!!!!!!! (I KNOW I WILL!!!!!!!!!!!) + =

Well now JoTech is backing out saying I must have a bad motor. They are also trying to say I dont have Skunk2 Cams. Even if I had Civic Type R cams they would make more than 146HP @ the wheel!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIGHT????

THIS IS REALLY UPSETTING ME!!!!!
