Default what is the difference?

ok so i know this is kinda a n00b question but ill ask it anyways. i have a 99 civic ex coupe and i was looking to lower it i was going to go with koni yellows on H&R spot springs but yesterday i found some koni coilovers that have this exact set up for $8XX which seem fairly reasonable. So my question is what are the pro and cons of coilovers and buying the shocks and springs individually? which is better?

So you found exactly the same thing, but one is cheaper? I'd get the cheaper one, the difference is one is less expensive than the other.

The only pros and cons in going with a separate spring/shock combo vs. a pre-packaged spring/shock combo (both are coilovers) is cost and convenience. For actual difference in reliability and performance, you'll have to analyze each individually as there are good and bad examples for both routes.
